City Councilman Robert Holden has voiced alarm about this eerie pattern, calling it “alarming” and noting that “you have one or two [deaths], yeah, but when you have three, now we’re seeing an alarming pattern.” While the police have yet to confirm any criminal connection, some in the community are beginning to fear there may be more at play than just tragic accidents.

The desolate industrial area near the creek, where these deaths occurred, has been a point of concern for locals. By day, it’s a quiet, unassuming stretch of warehouses and factories. By night, it becomes a lifeless and poorly lit expanse, leaving club-goers vulnerable to accidents or even foul play. “We need better lighting there,” Holden stated. “But should also, if we’re gonna open up clubs, we gotta put up fencing so people just don’t fall into the creek.”

Alexander’s mother is desperately seeking answers, as the pain of losing her son without any clear explanation continues to weigh on her.
