Kendrick Lamar to headline the Super Bowl 2025 halftime show

The NFL has officially announced Kendrick Lamar will be their Super Bowl 2025 headliner for next year’s event in New Orleans.

Kendrick Lamar, the rap legend known for his hits ‘Swimming Pools’ and more recent diss track to Drake, ‘Not Like Us’, has officially been confirmed as the headliner for the Super Bowl LIX halftime show in 2025. The performance will take place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, as part of the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show. 

This is a huge announcement for the star with the recent drama surrounding Drake and his return to the music industry after taking not dropping any new music since 2022. The artist is a great pick for the Super Bowl as he is one of the most renowned for his intricate lyricism, social commentary, and captivating stage presence. So it is expected that he will deliver nothing less than an extraordinary show for one of the most-watched live television events globally.
