Hotel EDC partners with new resort in Las Vegas for 2025 event

Insomniac has announced that Hotel EDC will be hosted by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in 2025 rather than previous site Resorts World.

In 2023, Insomniac launched Hotel EDC, an immersive hotel experience exclusively for attendees of EDC Las Vegas. It serves as an option in between a regular hotel stay and the on-site Camp EDC, for those that want to plunge fully into the atmosphere of the festival but still want air conditioning and housekeeping. After two years of hosting Hotel EDC at Resorts World, Insomniac has announced that the experience is moving to a new site in 2025: Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is a fairly new resort, opening in 2021 and located just off the strip near the MGM Grand resort. Importantly, the location is further away from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the site of the festival itself, than the previous Hotel EDC site, but closer to the airport. Insomniac confirmed in the comment section of the announcement that there will be a shuttle stop at this new site to get to and from the festival, available to both Hotel EDC guests and other festival attendees.

As at the previous location, the Hotel EDC experience will be all-out, with ravey decorations abound and pool parties all weekend long featuring special guest DJ sets. There will also be many amenities and activities available similar to those at Camp EDC, such as yoga classes, meditation classes, and “glam stations” to get ready for the shows. Guests will also receive $30 per day to use on food and beverage throughout the resort, including on special limited-edition EDC-themed menu items.

Pre-sale for those that have stayed at Hotel EDC in previous years begins on Wednesday, September 11th at a discounted rate “as a thank you for their loyalty.” Packages will then go on sale for all EDC Las Vegas 2025 festival pass holders on Thursday, September 12th. Finally, packages including festival passes will go on sale to the general public on Friday, September 13th.
