Nora En Pure’s ‘Purified’ Label takes over at the Brooklyn Mirage
Nora En Pure’s ‘Purified’ label is set to take over the Brooklyn mirage Friday night with an all-night show.
After a summer off from the venue, Nora En Pure returns to the Brooklyn Mirage for an all-night event with performances from her and other artists on her label, ‘Purified.’ ‘Purified’ is a leading label focusing on melodic techno and deep house; founded in 2018.
Launched in 2018, it reflects her distinctive aquatic style and nature-inspired vision within the dance scene. The label debuts deep house, melodic techno, and other genres that align with Nora En Pure’s signature sound. Her label began with her weekly SiriusXM radio show titled ‘Purified,’ the hour-long show featured her newest tracks and favorites.
Nora En Pure is known for her aquatic sound where she is almost mermaid-like. Often working to conserve the ocean, the South-African artist mixes in the sounds of whales and other ocean creatures into her tracks. Not only is the ocean and sea an inspiration to Nora En Pure, but she frequently donates proceeds of certain singles to conservation efforts. Her partnerships with various ocean conservation efforts blossomed through the release of her nature-infused track “Aquatic”.
Her label continues with the theme of marine life and its marriage to music by working with fellow artists who fit like a puzzle piece into Nora En Pure’s unique sound. Joining her at her ‘Purified’ event at the Brooklyn Mirage, other artists on the label will also be playing from sunset to sunrise.
Artists with sets to happen this evening in addition to Nora En Pure are Paradoks, CRI, Rezident, and Worakls. Hosting ‘Purified’ events across the globe, she has brought her talents to Miami, New York, San Francisco, Palm Springs, Zürich, Prague, Montréal, London, and Washington, DC. Collaborating with artists such as Pete Tong, Gorgon City, and Claptone; Nora En Pure remains a leader in the male-dominated music arena.
