Porter Robinson has reached new levels of artistic expression with this music video.

Porter Robinson has released an emotional new music video for “Easier to Love You.” Another illustrious display of artistry and sensibility, the producer has masterfully combined image and sound. With certainty, he has revealed a wide scope of his ability to make music saturated in emotion. 

The Atlanta-born artist had called on stop-motion director Tomoyasu Murata to illustrate a substrate of complex human emotion. Focusing on sentiments and themes of self-image and desires to be seen, the video director and Porter Robinson have touched on something very real in the human experience. Moreover, they beg the question: how does the idea of self relate to a kaleidoscopic world?

Across the four-minute-long video, there are poignant images of tearful, clay characters – struggling to locate a sense of self that has been lost. Given the wingspan of Porter Robinson’s creativity, he has unsurprisingly produced a masterpiece. The soft build-up music and subtly profound lyrics have offered fans a lovely experience.

A part of a larger album ‘Smile :D,’ “Easter to Love You” is certainly a standout amongst the selection. For nearly two decades, the DJ has been refining his craft and putting out a wide array of songs. He has collaborated with high-caliber artists such as Urban Cone, Lemaitre, Breanne Düren and more.

Moreover, the creative has graced the crowds at several compelling festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Electric Zoo, and many more. His sense of music has always possessed the characteristic to galvanize crowds. Impressively, he has maintained a solid tempo for his output of music throughout the years. 

Porter Robinson has also announced a worldwide tour in which fans will see this album live. He is sure to alight all the venues he will play at. Excitingly, and for the time being, fans have nothing more to do than enjoy this emotional new music video.
