The Chainsmokers spark marriage rumors in new wedding photoshoot

Is this love, or a headline-making moment? Only time will tell if The Chainsmokers are planning a walk down the aisle or just up the charts.

Fans of The Chainsmokers have been buzzing with speculation after the duo shared a series of wedding-themed photos, sparking rumors of possibly tying the knot. The post captioned “FINALLY” shows members Alex Pall and Drew Taggart holding hands while looking at each other as if they were about to say “I do.”

The comments on the post were flooded with people questioning the real reason behind the seemingly intimate photo. “I always hoped you two would end up together” “I genuinely thought Alex was proposing for a sec,” and “Bruh you both getting married or what?”

Multiple comments also highlighted how getting married would be beneficial when it comes to paying taxes and the income they bring together. Some of the other comments said, “United in holy matrimony,” “Smart move for tax purposes,” “First pic, they married?” “Perfect match,” “Have you considered the tax benefits of you two getting married,” and “So thrilled to watch your love grow to the next level.”

However, a true marriage between The Chainsmokers has not been confirmed. But a celebration of their song “Addicted” reaching 108 million streams can’t be denied. The controversial post also included a screenshot of the song’s numbers and some other cheerful moments from previous sets, a pizza dinner, and a cute pup. 

It could also be possible that the duo is embracing their new side gig of performing at weddings and parties. The Chainsmokers posted about a month ago and said they were available to perform at weddings. The post said, “Now available for weddings, proms, bar mitzvahs, etc.”

One of the videos from the recent post also includes one of the members being thrown up in the air and crowd-surfing at a wedding. Both of the members of The Chainsokers have had open relationships with their girlfriends. Drew Taggart recently sparked his own wedding rumors with his girlfriend Marianne Fonseca. The Chainsokers are also frequently spotted showing their brotherly love for each other.
