Armin van Buuren and David Guetta tease first collaboration

The newest single was teased at Ushuaïa Ibiza earlier last week.

David Guetta and Armin van Buuren are gearing up to release their first-ever collaborative record. Despite their combined three decades of headlining festivals, prestigious club residencies, and chart-topping hits, the French and Dutch legends have yet to create original music together.

That’s about to change. Last week, Guetta announced on Instagram that their first joint release is coming soon, inspired by their groundbreaking back-to-back performance at Ushuaïa Ibiza in 2022. Ibiza is not only a vacation destination, but a place where producers can test out their latest music and get the necessary feedback to either put out or hold onto their future hits.

“The love of music above all, that’s why Ibiza will always be my favourite place on Earth !!!” Guetta wrote about van Buuren and their performance. “We come from different musical paths, but our passion brings us together… And gave us the desire to release a track together.”

Neither artist has revealed the title, release date, or musical previews of the upcoming track. However, fans of Guetta’s electro big room sound and van Buuren’s uplifting trance are eagerly awaiting more details. This month, van Buuren released two new singles, including a highly anticipated remix of Seven Lions and ILLENIUM’s “Not Even Love,” and “Larger Than Life” with Chef’Special, the anthem for the Netherlands national soccer team’s UEFA European Championship run.

Earlier this week, Guetta signed an exclusive deal to become the U.S. club resident at Fontainebleau’s LIV nightclub properties in Las Vegas and Miami Beach, following his “Man In Finance” remix with TikToker ‘Girl On Couch’.

Last but not least, you can catch both producers at their respective residencies throught this summer at Ushuaïa Ibiza. Additionally, Guetta will also be hosting his weekly party, Future Rave, at Hï Ibiza.

My name is Sebastian Medina and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Ever since I could remember, I have always been in love with dance music. I appreciate all genres and sub-genres but I definitely gravitate towards house and techno. Being from LA I was blessed with an amazing nightlife full of different artists coming in and out of town throughout the years. Some of my favorite artists include Seth Troxler, Michael Bibi, Mr.Carmack, PAWSA, and Folamour.
