Fedele reveals first solo album after leaving Agents of Time
The debut solo album features 11 standout tracks and has been three years in the making.
Fedele has released his debut solo album ‘Depth of Being” which has been three years in the making. The Italian Live DJ and Producer’s inaugural album is a pivotal turn as a solo artist, since his departure from Agents Of Time in 2021. The album was released under Fedele’s record label Obscura, which he took over in 2021. It was originally founded in 2017 by Fedele and his counterparts from Agents of Time.
The EP features 11 outstanding tracks which are positioned and projected to make a global imprint. Throughout the past few years, Fedele has made an impressionable impact on the electronic dance music scene. With remixes such as Depeche Mode’s “Enjoy The Silence,” becoming a global hit, his tracks are also supported heavily by artists around the world. He has also made remixes for artists like Diplo, Mattia Trand, and Stephan Bodzin, with additional tracks released on Ellum Audio, Mind Against’s “HABITAT” and Turbo Recordings.
‘Depth Of Being’ as an album is an indication of Fedele’s signature sound and features elements of his stylish progression. The album is a celebration of self-expression and as a concept is meant to evoke and break into new emotive worlds.
The intro track is called ‘Departure,’ and paints a mixed landscape composed of synths and gentle beats. The second track, ‘There’s Only One’ ft. Mickael Karkousse is brought to life from cosmic and hypnotic vocals by the Belgian alt-pop artist – the track is also accompanied by a music video.
The following track, “Your Eyes” involves a fast-paced beat paired with a smooth topline rhythm. This combination of rich melodies and vocals creates a futuristic and soulful track. The song, “Waiting For The Night,” comes to life from sleek cosmic, and alluring vocals by Lvdovica who leads the vocals featured on the track.
The second half of the album includes songs like “Beyond Borders” which is layered with hypnotic and progressive chord sequences. Leaning into the fast-paced melody, “Tangent” is a punchy track that mixes sparkling synth textures. Additionally, “Depth Of Out Love” draws listeners into a deep groove which is followed by an outro track that leaves you wanting more. The album blurs the lines between electronic music genres and is a testament to Fedele as an underground innovator.
