Diddy assault on Cassie: new 2016 footage emerges amid lawsuit

The Internet has been set aflame with news of Diddy’s wrongdoings.

The man of many names, Sean Combs AKA P. Diddy, AKA Puff Daddy, AKA Puffy, etc., etc. has been outed through hotel surveillance to have been assaulting Casandra “Cassie” Ventura during their past decade-long relationship. On November 16, 2023, Cassie filed a lawsuit against Diddy with claims detailing Combs’ many sexual and physical assaults against her which involved but were not limited to, Combs forcing Cassie to perform sexual acts with sex workers against her will and breaking into her house to rape her after she attempted to break up with him over dinner in 2018. 

This was all “outrageous and offensive” according to Combs and his lawyers when the lawsuit Cassie filed about the multiple grievances she suffered at Diddy’s hands was made public. The day after the lawsuit was filed, the singers reached a settlement that was “mutually agreeable”, and it seemed that would be the last tabloids would hear of Combs’ wrongdoings. Unfortunately for Combs, four more alleged victims would come forward further shining the spotlight on him. 

On Monday, February 26, 2024, music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a 79-page lawsuit accusing Combs of sexual misconduct, grooming, and even sex trafficking. The lawsuit details that Combs, and some associates, used Combs’ connections to groom and entice Jones into homosexual acts. The “associates” mentioned ranged from a redacted name Philadelphia rapper to Prince Harry and shocked the internet. 

Mondays just really are not Combs’ day as the multitude of allegations against him led to both of Combs’ residences in Miami and Los Angeles being raided on Monday, March 25, 2024, with the raid in L.A relating to an ongoing federal sex trafficking investigation. With the video evidence of his past assault on Cassie provided through CNN, netizens worldwide are bashing Combs and amid current allegations from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the newfound evidence only adds to the dumpster fire that is now Combs’ reputation. 

Netizens are now hypothesizing about Combs’ entire history of getting caught up in the law and calls for the reinvestigation of the death of Combs’ ex-girlfriend Kim Porter are loudly being renewed on social media. Combs hasn’t been arrested or charged as of yet, but with the massive amounts of evidence that just seem to continue to pile up, internet commentators cry for justice to be served.
