Quavo and Lana Del Ray have sparked dating rumors this week with a dual Instagram post and a new song teaser.

Are Quavo and Lana Del Ray dating? The pair posted a dual Instagram post on Friday of them sitting together on a stoop on film reminiscent of the late 80s or early 90s. Added to the first post was a song teaser where you can hear Quavo and Lana’s voices alerting fans to a new collaboration on the horizon.

The second image in the post shared an old picture of Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff (RIP) sitting on a porch together. Over the weekend, the dating rumors started, as Lana and Quavo were seen together in Atlanta in an Instagram story. It should be noted that this is not the first time Quavo and Lana have been spotted together, fueling rumors regarding whether Quavo and Lana Del Ray are dating.

Earlier this year the duo was seen together at a restaurant in West Hollywood, CA, and at a Grammy’s pre-party where they appeared together. It is unknown if he was in attendance for her headline shows at Coachella. Lana shared in her story that V12 is her favorite spot in Atlanta. Quavo opened this restaurant a few months back, and as Lana lives in California, this is quite the trip for her to make.

This connects back to the lyrics fueling this dating rumor. In the first slide of the Instagram, Quavo’s lyrics say, “If you come to the North, I’ll show you around / Come take a ride with me. Whenever you ready, call on me.” V12 is located on the North East Side of downtown Atlanta, conveniently located just off North Avenue E. Quavo currently resides in Alpharetta which is also north of Atlanta.

Lana sings “I’ll hit you back when I get there.” Lana Del Ray does have a history of collaborating with artists outside her genre such as ASAP Rocky, Cedric Gervais, The Weeknd, Anyma, Snakehips, Miley Cyrus, and Playboi Carti. Are Lana and Quavo finally linking? Is the music played over their dual Instagram post a teaser to a new song? Or a teaser to a blossoming relationship?
