Mathame Deliver an Exceptional Cinematic Techno Night to Los Angeles 

Mathame left Their mark on Los Angeles with their phenomenal performance at Belasco Theater, taking attendees on a melodic techno journey.

On the electrifying evening of Saturday, February 10th, music lovers from Los Angeles gathered at the prestigious Belasco to dance the night away to the beats of the Italian brother duo, Mathame. The event was hosted by Insomniac’s newest festival, Interstellar. So, of course, it provided a unique and thrilling experience for all attendees. From start to finish, the night was filled with great music and a lively atmosphere that kept everyone on their feet.

As the clock hit 10 pm, many began heading to the event excited for what the night had in store. Fans began to fill up the Belasco front to back early on to support all the acts performing that night. In the beginning, the night kicked off with a stellar two-hour set by Miluhska. Miluhska undoubtedly brought her Club Space vibes to Los Angeles setting the perfect start for the event.  

Undoubtedly, the crowd eagerly waited for the performance of Mathame, an Italian duo consisting of brothers Amedeo and Matteo Giovanelli. Then, as the clock struck 12:30 am, the anticipation reached its peak. Fans prepared themselves as the lights dimmed, signaling the duo’s arrival on stage. Finally, the moment arrived, and the crowd erupted in excitement as the pair dropped their unreleased edit of “I Will Find You” by Mohikana, which kicked off the night.

So, from the very first beat, it was clear. Attendees were in for an unforgettable experience. With hits like “Feel Your Ghost” with Tiësto and “Many Times” with Camelphat filling the air, who could resist dancing the night away?

Then, as the night progressed, the crowd continuously cheered for these superstars throughout the night.  In true Mathame fashion, they took the crowd on a journey with their set. They truly took everyone through their masterpiece of cinematic techno throughout the night. Also, although this show did not include visuals, the music itself provided an incredible experience. From playing their newest release with John Summit, “Hungover”, to their remix of “Raven” the energy was unmatched. All night the crowd stayed engaged with every move the duo threw at them. Ultimately, showing the duo’s ability to effortlessly blend genres keeping the audience spellbound with every transition.

Then, as the final notes echoed into the night, one thing was clear. Mathame had left an indelible mark on everyone who attended their performance. Lastly, their incredible energy deserved all the applause. In closing, it is surely evident that Mathame continues to reign supreme as masters of their craft.
