The Brooklyn Hangar to Host 3-Week Live Music Experience for the Lunar New Year Featuring Tiësto, Alesso, Rezz & Zedd
Lunar Eclipse is coming to the Brooklyn Hangar for a one-of-a-kind three-week-long Lunar New Year experience.
Lunar Eclipse is a three-week-long electronic dance music experience featuring renowned DJs Tiësto, Alesso, and Zedd. The festival will kick off on February 2nd in Brooklyn with chart-topping producer Alesso and close out on February 18th with a power performance from German DJ Zedd. A stellar lineup of world-renowned DJs will take over the massive two-level space over the three weeks in a wide array of genres including bass, EDM, and techno.
Ignite Entertainment Group, the creators behind Twilight Harbor at Brooklyn Navy Yard, will be hosting the event alongside Apollo ID and Dean Entertainment Group. The Ignite Entertainment Group hopes to push the boundaries of the event experience with the venue’s state-of-the-art visual production and large capacity. The Lunar Eclipse experience will also include a VIP table option for attendees to experience along with the picturesque waterfront views at the venue.
The event will also feature bass powerhouse Rezz, Knock2, and ISOxo. As presale tickets for Rezz sell out, more shows have also been added for Tiësto, Zedd, and Alesso due to high demand. Self-taught bass artist Rezz will be performing on February 10th as she gears up for her highly-anticipated album ‘Can You See Me,’ expected to drop this March. With new music on the way, fans can anticipate elevated visuals and potentially the first performances of her latest collabs.
Knock2 first rose to popularity in the bass scene over the pandemic. He has a unique experience of bass and house music influences in his music with a bit of trap mixed in. Knock2 released his first EP ‘Room 202’ with the hope that it would be dance music that people would make the feel-good atmosphere of the radio culture in the early 2010s, and tracks like “Make U Sweat” give listeners a taste of that.
Another rising bass and trap ISOxo has been on the industry’s radar since he sold out his Los Angeles debut. He has collaborated with Knock2 and big names in the industry like RL Grime on the single “Stinger.” Other major artists like Skrillex and Alison Wonderland have given a nod of approval to ISOxo on his innovative sound.
The Brooklyn Hangar was created out of a converted airplane hangar. Apollo ID will provide a virtual wallet option for attendees at the event. Fans can now purchase tickets to see their favorite DJs including a hit after hit set from Zedd!
