Rozes Slams Fan Who Claims She Owes Success to The Chainsmokers
Rozes has stood up for the power of women after someone tried to take away from her hard work on the hit song “Roses” with The Chainsmokers.
Musician and singer Rozes who was the vocalist on the hit song “Roses” with The Chainsmokers has slammed a troll in her comments who said she owes her success to the DJs due to that song. The troll commented on her Instagram post that showed her Spotify Wrapped with 20.6 million streams and said: “Thanks to The Chainsmokers.”
Rozes reposted the comment in a reel on her page and gave a female-empowered response that completely shut the troll down. She said that she wasn’t going to respond to the comment. But since “Roses” just hit a billion streams it was their lucky day.
The female artist called the troll out for having the intention of taking success away from her. Along with trying to take her hard work and turn it into something that was handed to her on a silver platter.
Rozes explained that she and The Chainsmokers both equally had success with that collaboration and that they both had success with that song. The song would not be what it was if it wasn’t for the vocals behind it.
She added that anyone who thinks her whole career is based on that does not know the story behind the song or the collaboration. In an empowering response, Roses said: “There is one thing a small man will always do, and that’s to try to take the success of a woman and minimize it. I pity you for not being able to appreciate the power of a woman.”
Rozes has come out with plenty of other songs that have gotten millions of views on Spotify. Some of her other hit tracks include “Matches” with Cash Cash, “Best They Ever Had” and “OH NO!” She also has recently released a Christmas album called “A Very Rozes Christmas” with three songs.
