Tale Of Us Red Rocks Performance Canceled Due to Heavy Snowfall in Denver
After heavy snowfall hit Colorado on October 28, Red Rocks revealed that it had made the decision to postpone the Tale Of Us show that night.
Red Rocks has been an iconic venue as a naturally-formed amphitheater. Over the years, the venue has welcomed hundreds of DJs to perform on the rocks, including Tale Of Us. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather conditions, Tale of Us has had to reschedule their Red Rocks debut.
Red Rocks made an official statement on social media, letting attendees know that they have made the decision to postpone. A new date for Tale Of Us at Red Rocks has not been set yet, but ticket-holders will be contacted once it is. The venue also confirmed that refunds have been made available where the tickets were purchased.
A representative of AEG has also commented on the postponement, saying, “Tale Of Us very much wanted to host tonight’s show, however, with the extremely steep roads, accessing the stage, and the heavy snow coming this afternoon in the foothills for everyone’s safety we made the difficult decision to postpone tonight’s show.”
At 6,450 feet in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, it is inevitable for the venue to not be hit with intense weather. Because of its rain-or-shine policy, the outdoor amphitheater venue has rarely canceled shows. Fans were understandably disappointed about the news but understood the safety concerns with the state’s severe winter weather advisory.
DJs Karm and Anyma, also known as Tale Of Us, have been creating house and techno since 2009. The duo has been blowing minds with their live productions and dancefloor hits. Unsurprisingly, their show at Red Rocks with Cassian was highly anticipated.
Tickets purchased for the show on October 28 will be valid for the new show. Stay updated on the venue and artist’s social media for more details. Even though the cancellation is unfortunate, Red Rocks is ready to welcome Tale Of Us back in the future.
