Slow Magic Reflects on Life in Fifth Studio Album ‘Forgotten Feels’

Electronic music producer, Slow Magic, has dropped his fifth album, ‘Forgotten Feels,’ packed with eleven tracks featuring beautiful melodies.

‘Forgotten Feels’ effectively shows Slow Magic’s thoughtfulness while creating each song and putting them together in a full record. “Solitude” begins with atmospheric strings and harmonies, setting the tone. “ထ” follows with a feel-good melody and contagious beats before “Fade Out” and previously-released single, “Avoiding Pain,” lean into more melancholic tones.

The fifth track, “Connection” with Laxcity, is entrancing and happy before “stuckwithyou.wav” takes a different direction with an acoustic guitar and calming vocals in a raw recording. “Emotions” with Juuku comes before the appropriately named, “Eternal Sunshine,” which exudes happiness that continues into “222.”

“Human Nature” begins with calming vocals and chimes before slowing down in the second half with dominating drums. The album closes with the emotional, narrated title track, “Forgotten Feels” that flows through progressive beats and tempo changes. As a supporter of mental health and self-acceptance, ‘Forgotten Feels’ induces different feelings and stories tied together with synths and beautiful melodies.

When reflecting on the record, Slow Magic said, “Forgotten Feels is a reflection of the past and a glimpse into the infinite future, exploring themes of loss, conflicting emotions, escapism, nostalgia, and freedom. With total creative independence and collaborations with amazing artists and friends, I followed my heart and instinct to create something fresh and exciting to me.”

Slow Magic is releasing ‘Forgotten Feels’ after his 2020 studio album, ‘it’s the end of the world, but its ok.’ The producer has a knack for creating music that reflects emotions beautifully.

Along with ‘Forgotten Feels,’ Slow Magic is going on tour in the United States this fall. His fifth album can be streamed on any listening platform. Listen to the album here:
