Big Gigantic and NGHTMRE Announce Debut EP as GIGANTIC NGHTMRE with New Single “Like That”
The Gigantic Nghtmre debut EP is announced to drop soon following the release of their lead single “Back For More.”
Following their past collaborative release “Like That” and iconic performances at EDC Las Vegas and Ultra Music Festival, renowned producer, DJ, and label owner NGHTMRE and acclaimed duo Big Gigantic just announced on Instagram that they’ve teamed up again as Gigantic NGHTMRE. While the Gigantic NGHTMRE debut EP isn’t out yet, the group did just drop their lead single this past Friday titled “Back For More”.
In the Instagram post, NGHTMRE expressed his excitement saying how “It’s been 5 years since we released our last song together, safe to say we’re BACK FOR MORE!!!” While there is no date for when the EP is expected to drop, they teased that it would be “dropping soon”.
On the new track, the group has included Olivia Sebastianelli on the vocals to sing the lyrics. In a run time of 2 minutes and 28 seconds, listeners can hear the influence of each group member’s particular specialty.
The reason Big Gigantic and NGHTMRE are able to work so well together as a group through their music is that when you listen to their songs together, it’s apparent that they allow each person’s ideas to flow throughout the song. All three musicians have their own style of music, but together they create a sonically pleasing and trance-inducing track that feels like you’re at a festival even in your own home.
With almost 16 million streams on their last single together “Like That” from 2018, it’s apparent that fans enjoy the three men working together. Fans and other musicians commented on their Instagram announcement about how they were excited for the trio to be collaborating once more.
Both groups released albums last year separately and a few singles this year, but this is both of their first big projects since these albums. While fans are still having to wait for a date for the highly-anticipated EP, their new song is now available to stream on any platform where music is distributed.
