River Beats Launches First Electronic Music Live Streaming Platform River Beats TV

Working alongside broadcasters with state-of-the-art camera equipment, River Beats TV is bringing electronic music performances into the homes of fans.

Not being able to attend a festival or see your favorite artist when they are in town can be a little bit disappointing and spark some “fear of missing out.” Now, with River Beats TV, fans are able to watch their favorite artists whether they are there or not, giving everyone more accessibility to live music.

For $9.99 per month or $99 annually, users can access high-quality live streams and archived videos on River Beats TV. Pay-per-view will also be available beginning at $12.99, and users can purchase or rent other content. On-demand content includes sets from producers like Wreckno, Ravenscoon, Jantsen, and Adam Deitch, among others.

The significance of the app is rooted in the positive impact it can have on everyone involved in live music. Co-founder Sean Schmidt said, “Our vision is to offer artists, creators, and live events a platform that expands their audience reach and grants them control over monetizing their creative content. With River Beats TV, we empower every fan by putting the power of on-demand live concerts in the palm of their hands.”

Founders of River Beats Digital Group, Sean Schmidt and Ben Dills, began hosting livestream fundraisers in 2020, raising $150,000 for musicians and venues. The success of their streams then prompted them to create the first-ever electronic music distribution platform and app. The pair are paying artists fairly, offering flat rates as booking fees, providing revenue for rentals and purchases, or both.

Their schedule is beginning with Sonic Bloom Festival in Colorado and THE DEEP, their own rooftop pool party series. Goldfish, Max Styler, VCTRE, il:lo, Marvel Years, Ardlan, and Chet Porter are headlining THE DEEP at the X Denver. Sets from THE WIDDLER, Motifv, Late Night Radio, and more are already ready to watch.

River Beats TV is available to download on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire, and Roku here. For a full schedule of their upcoming streams, visit River Beats TV’s official website.
