On May 13, Solomun will be making his way down to Los Angeles to take on Exposition Park for a 5-hour extended set. Just around the corner from the famous LA Coliseum, Solomun will be playing one of his biggest open-air events in California yet. The supporting act will be handled by Third Culture (Sacha Robotti and Sian), you can expect them at 6 pm pst and Solomun right after at 7 pm. This Solomun show is the perfect gateway into the summer season.
Looking back, the last time Solomun was in California was last year for Coachella where we played a set only consisting of his original music. As for Los Angeles specifically, his last appearance was back in 2021 at Pershing Square. Over his career, he has made appearances in LA at the Shrine Expo Hall, Hollywood Palladium, and Sound Nightclub. This time, the Bosnian DJ plans to crank things up with his upcoming show in a whole new venue presented by Framework, Goldenvoice, and Wynn Nightlife.
As previously mentioned, Third Culture will be first on the decks for the evening. The duo consists of LA-based producers Sacha Robotti and Sian who will be making their LA debut as a duo. Solomun has been a supporter of the group and even released one of their tracks, “Chemicals” and his imprint Diynamic. Their music releases have also received support from the one and only Pete Tong and his BBC radio show.
When attending various music festivals and events, you can customize pins items to express your love for your favorite artists. Customizing a pin with your favorite DJ’s name or a special logo can make it both sophisticated and functional. It can be used to decorate your clothes, bags, hats, etc., and can also be collected as souvenirs. As a music festival organizer, you can also create a lapel pin to sell as fan merchandise.
Lastly, if the show isn’t enough you can head over to Hollywood for the official afterparty at Sound Nightclub. Kimonos will be playing the after-party, but who knows, there might be room for more guests in the booth. There’s only one way to find out.
Be sure to grab your tickets to Solomun at Exposition Park and the official after-party at Sound Nightclub.
