Hulaween Excites Fans with Addition of Rainbow Kitten Surprise as Headliner

Hulaween is welcoming Rainbow Kitten Surprise as their secret headliner as the festival celebrates its tenth anniversary in Florida. 

Despite having an already stacked lineup, Hulaween is welcoming Rainbow Kitten Surprise to the festival. The indie rock band has been active for a decade, absolutely taking over the indie scene with their unique, emotional songs. On top of the headlining spot, the band’s bassist, Charlie Holt, is playing their own DJ set over the weekend. 

From October 26 to 29, Hulaween is taking over Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Florida, electrifying the surrounding nature with music of all genres. The String Cheese Incident, Mt. Joy, and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead are joining Rainbow Kitten Surprise in Florida. The festival called them, “…part of the Hula community…” in their announcement, citing their importance to the event overall.

Electronic music producers John Summit, Elderbrook, and Big Wild are also headlining the festival, along with Chanel Tres and Dispatch. After a five-year hiatus, Pretty Lights is taking the stage to play a coveted headline set as well. Experimental electronic artists Moore Kismet, ISOxo, Eprom, and others are also playing at Suwannee. 

Hulaween was founded by the jam band, The String Cheese Incident, who put together an amazing experience. With lush nature, a diverse lineup, and immersive art exhibits, the opportunity to attend Hulaween is one to jump on. The addition of the talented alternative group, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, rounds out the lineup beautifully.

Rainbow Kitten Surprise has an insane schedule for 2023, hitting festivals, headlining Red Rocks, and tearing up their own shows around North America. The announcement of their headlining set comes after their cancellation at Hulaween in 2022.
