Northern Nights Festival Drops Lineup + New Cannabis Strain to Celebrate 10th Anniversary

From July 14 to July 16, Northern Nights Music Festival will welcome Big Gigantic, G Jones, TOKiMONSTA, and others, along with their original cannabis strain to California’s Redwood Forest.

Northern Nights Music Festival has announced the first phase of its lineup, stacked with award-winning musicians and sets. Dr. Fresch, Mura Masa, Dos, Random Rab, and more talented artists will bring a mixture of genres to the forest.

Located in California’s Redwood Forest, Cook’s Valley Campground provides festival-goers with a beautiful backdrop to listen to their favorite producers. Bipolar Sunshine, Moontricks, Eazybaked, and Nala are just four of the thirty-two artists celebrating the 10th anniversary of the festival.

In companionship with the diverse lineup, Northern Nights are teaming up with Humboldt Seed Company, a local breeder and curator. To support local curators and breeders, they have created their custom, self-titled strain. This makes them the first music festival to have its own cannabis strain.

Cannabis has been a part of the culture at the Northern Nights Music Festival since 2019, when it became the first festival to allow legal sale and consumption. Both seeds and samples of the “Northern Nights” strain will be available to attendees. Attendees will also have access to the Tree Lounge – a cannabis consumption area in the center of the festival.
