Heavy Bass Icons Sullivan King & SVDDEN DEATH Collab on Fearsome Single “Pursuit of Violence”

Sullivan King and SVDDEN DEATH have come together for a new pulsating track “Pursuit of Violence.”

The “Pursuit of Violence” release comes as part of Sullivan King’s new album “Thrones of Blood” and was released on Monday, March 13. The two heavy bass artist’s collaboration has been described as a match made in the depths of helll… in the best way. Both of their sounds embrace an aggressive tune making the new track an undeniable need. It takes you on a whirlwind of hard-hitting beats.

Pursuit of Violence

Sullivan King and SVDDEN DEATH explored several textures and realms of hard-core music including hulking growls, unholy whispers, and thrash guitars mesh with frantic synths and skull-cracking bass. “Pursuit of Violence” takes on a combination of screamo/soft subtle voiceovers along with intense dubstep/bass drops. SVDDEN DEATH has a bit of a darker sound than Sullivan King and their different sounds can be clearly distinguished throughout.

“Pursuit of Violence” is the last song to be released on Sullivan King’s new album which was fully released Friday, March 17 and shortly after on March 23 he will head on the “Thrones of Blood” tour accounting for his biggest headlines yet. He will be joined on the tour by Benda, Vastive, Level Up, and Kai Wachi. The album also has other iconic collaborations with Excision, Wooli, and Ray Volpe.

Pursuit of Violence

SVDDEN DEATH has a alter ego platform VOYD where he will perform even darker metal-inspired music. It has also been called the VOYD project as he has been fine-tuning his other side for some time. The VOYD project experience will usually include visuals that correlate with the darker side vibe.

Sullivan King has a super stacked tour schedule ahead of him. He will be heading to around 35 different cities between March 23 – August 5. Look out for his first few shows in Denver, CO at the Mission Ballroom with two shows on March 23-24; Magna, UT at The Great Saltair on March 25; Missoula, MT at Wilma Theatre on March 26; Spokane, WA at Knitting Factory Concert House on March 29; Boise, ID at Knitting Factory Concert House on March 30; Reno, NV at Cargo Concert Hall on March 31; and San Francisco, CA at The Midway on April 1.
