Watch GRiZ & LSDREAM Go B2B For a Surprise Set at Okeechobee

Okeechobee was full of surprises including something special from GRiZ and LSDREAM that had fans wooing.
GRiZ’s future funk bass sound mixed with LSDREAM’s trippy bass/dubstep music combined perfectly for the Okeechobee Florida vibe. The surprise sets took place at the Incendia Stage with the funktion set up.
Since both sets were unscheduled, they came later in the night for more of an after-hours type of feel. Fans of both artists have been waiting for a GRiZ b2b LSDREAM set making it a highly anticipated surprise.
GRiZ started off the surprise set with a very trap-sounding vibe and even dropped a remix to Skrillex’s new song “RATATA.” After about 40 minutes into the set, he brought out LSDREAM and the music took a major funk/trippy twist with more of a dubstep sound. GRiZ and LSDREAM are familiar with working with each other as they released their first collab together in 2022 called “Funkonaut.” The two have also created other unreleased songs and have had a supportive relationship towards each other’s careers.
People on social media have not been able to contain themselves over how iconic and special the set was. Some took to Twitter to express their ecstatic-ness with tweets such as: “A Griz surprise set turned into a b2b with LSDream at okee. This is the best day of my life;” “that griz b2b lsdream was unreal;” “griz b2b lsdream!?!!?! i’m rattled;” “@Griz and @lsdream played the grimiest f*****g riddim set to close out okee!!!;” and “That griz b2b lsdream set…. oh my god best experience of my entire life.”
GRiZ’s real name is Grant Richard Kwiecinski and LSDREAM’s real name is Sami Diament. GRiZ recently also did a highly anticipated dubstep collab with Zeds Dead called “Ecstasy of The Soul” which comes as the two have done DJ sets together for some time now. The two were inspired to put a twist on the well-known western song “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.” LSDREAM has been known to keep his collaborations in the funky bass genre as he has also done one with Liquid Stranger called “Take A Trip.” The funk bass artist was formally known as Brillz and changed his name after making a 180-degree in his life and music career.
The two artists now also have a stacked schedule ahead of them. GRiZ will continue his tour next at Get Lucky in Salt Lake City, UT on March 10-11; Mana Wynwood Warehouse in Miami, FL on March 23; Heatwave Music Festival in Chicago, IL on June 10-11; Bonnaroo Music &. Arts Festival in Manchester, TN on June 15-18; Shambhala Music Festival on July 21-24; and Moonrise Festival in Baltimore, MD on August 12-13.
LSDREAM is going on tour next at AREA 15 in Las Vegas, NV on March 24; Project Glow in Washington, DC on April29-30; High VibeFest in Cobb CA on May 4-8; Lightning in a Bottle in Bakersfield, CA on May 24-29; Heatwave in Chicago, Il on June 10-11; and Elements in Long Pond, PA on August 11-14.
