Ghastly Announces 15-Date “Final Boss” Tour Under Ghengar Alias

Jen Jacquez — 1 month ago

Ghengar, Ghasly’s bewitching alter ego unveils a jaw-dropping, “Final Boss,” Tour, stopping in 15 cities in the U.S.

GHASTLY takes center stage in 15 cities as his ominous doppelganger GHENGAR, set to perform across the states in his “Final Boss,” Tour. Last year, the wicked twin GHENGAR was unleashed accompanied by an EP. On October 7th, 2022 the six-track, 19-minute creation, “Necromancer” dropped. GHASTLY’S mysterious other half was a striking opposition to his initial depiction.

Furthermore, the masked musical counterpart represents darkness and the unknown. Last week, he divulged GHENGAR’S “Final Boss,” Tour on his socials. Tickets are currently on sale for this spectacular live event. This past weekend on Sunday, February 5th was his first stop in Seattle at the Tacoma Dome. He continues through 12 states ending on Saturday, May 27th at Academy in Los Angles.

In addition, in select cities, Emorfik, Jkyl & Hyde, and MUERTE are his supporting acts. At 14 Emorfik played his first show then in 2019 get dropped his EP, ‘Return.’ The half-man, half monster, Jkyl & Hyde, released their first single, “Midnight Orchestra,” in 2017. The Canadian-born DJ MUERTE, which means death in Spanish came on the scene in 2020 with his EP, “Folklore.” All three acts amplify the similar morbid aesthetic as our beloved GHENGAR.

In mid-December, GHASTLY separated his socials to create GHENGAR’s own platform. A haunting promo was posted on both of their Instagram accounts in support of the tour. The IG real began with an ESRB content rating of M for Mature truly setting the tone for what was to come. The promo starts like a videogame following the path from the player’s perspective.

“They say nightmares are a thing of fiction but who’s to say that fiction isn’t just predetermined reality” begins the narrator. As the player weaves in and out of a maze-like setting kindred to “The Backrooms“, GHENGAR can be spotted in different forms. Taking inspiration from all things horror while layering video game elements. The narrator continues, “Where decisions can be made in order to offset the balance of light and dark.”

Moreover, the words of the cryptic message encapsulate the yin and yang that everyone embodies, “Which one will you become?” Essentially GHASTLY’s creation of GHENGAR is “two sides of the same coin.” The narrator’s insight went on “Only you can save yourself. That is if you can get out alive.” Recently GHASTLY shared his perspective on his career growth and evolution on Relentless Beats TV. Don’t miss this extraordinary tour, sure to blow your mind, “When you face the final boss.”
