Zykko Drops Hot Bass House Banger “Upside Down”

Rising star Zykko rings in the new year in the best way possible: with a dancefloor-suited bombshell titled, “Upside Down.”

Up-and-coming Bass House/Midtempo producer based in Los Angeles, Zykko has crafted a captivating sonic experience for listeners with his latest offering, “Upside Down.” In general, his music is a combination of powerful basslines, ethereal soundscapes, and cinematic elements, taking listeners on an emotional journey. This new heater stays true to the style Zykko has created and that his fans have come to know.

“Upside Down” features a sample that is pitched, chopped, and warped in a way that will have your feet moving faster than your brain can keep up with! The melody is dark and mysterious, yet still creates an inviting atmosphere that draws you right in. And with a second drop that’s even more shocking than the first, Listeners be warned–gritty staccato basslines and a fiery beat will take hold as you become engulfed in the music. 

Zykko’s “Upside Down” demonstrates a particular kind of depth that keeps listeners wanting more with each beat. The track demonstrates a true mastery of sound in all facets. Zykko says he’s eager to share his music with the world, and has a pretty big idea of how he images it being received. He comments, “I’m still learning so much regarding music production, but with every track I release I always want to share a simple message: Let loose and get wild because your inner beast wants to party too.”

Originally from Hawaii, Zykko has been passionate about electronic music since his move to LA in 2009. Although he had been immersed with music for years, it wasn’t until 2020 when he decided to pursue music production for himself.
