deadmau5 Announces First Liquor Endorsement with Canadian Company CoCo Vodka

deadmau5’s first-ever liquor deal comes in the form of hard coconut water.

deadmau5 has secured a deal with CoCo Vodka, a hard coconut water brand, for his first-ever liquor endorsement. This deal gives unique access to ticket-goers of various deadmau5 concerts. One of the perks includes being able to purchase CoCo Vodka products onsite as a result of the unique partnership. Co-founder, Mark Convery called this in-person perk “surreal.”

Earlier this month, fans were recently able to taste the new beverages at Colorado’s, Red Rocks Amphitheater, where deadmau5 hosted a “mau5hop” pop-up during his headlining “We Are Friends Tour” stop on November 4th and 5th.

In an official statement, Deadmau5 said “There is something to be said about a drink in a can that tastes so good,” he continued “Plus they are an independent Canadian business, so I like to support.”

CoCo Vodka was launched back in 2019 by Convery and Av Grewal, who developed the brand’s two flagship drinks, “The Perfect Escape” and “The Original Hard Coconut Water.” In addition to the five other products, they are now available in 31 U.S. states and six provinces in Canada. Don’t be surprised if you started seeing your friends drinking these things.

“Partnering with a worldwide icon like Joel and the deadmau5 team is surreal,” Convery said. “Av and I are huge deadmau5 fans, and we have no doubt all the fans will equally enjoy CoCo Vodka as much as we all enjoy deadmau5’s music.”

Finally, deadmau5 returns to the road for the ‘We Are Friends’ North American tour, and Kx5 will be headlining the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in December. Beyond his music career, he is also a co-founder of the gaming venture PIXELYNX and is an executive of StreamVoodoo.

Be sure to stay up-to-date with deadmau5 and all of his endeavors.

My name is Sebastian Medina and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Ever since I could remember, I have always been in love with dance music. I appreciate all genres and sub-genres but I definitely gravitate towards house and techno. Being from LA I was blessed with an amazing nightlife full of different artists coming in and out of town throughout the years. Some of my favorite artists include Seth Troxler, Michael Bibi, Mr.Carmack, PAWSA, and Folamour.
