Nebula New York Drops Stacked Winter Schedule Featuring Diplo & The Martinez Brothers

The club Nebula opening with an unparalleled host of guest DJs creates hope for revitalizing the Manhattan dance music scene.

Nebula, a hidden gem nestled in the Midtown area of Manhattan, announced an absolutely incredible winter schedule with a range of DJs for every music taste. The post-Thanksgiving lineup includes heavy hitters such as Borgeous and Showtek, tech house giants such as Marco Carola and the Martinez Brothers, and party icons such as Diplo — a roster fit for a music festival.  Surely, you’ll burn off the feast in no time with hosts as electric as these.

Opened just last September, New York’s newest super club comes equipped with all the fixings of a dance culture mecca.  Boasting a 5,000-square-foot dance floor, cutting-edge motorized overhead screens and a booming D&B sound system, the space is electrifying whether you’re looking for bottle service or a good dance-floor shuffle.

Unquestionably, Brooklyn is home to a majority of music venues in the city – from Elsewhere, to Quantum, to Brooklyn Mirage.  However, the club’s founders truly took a leap of faith by handpicking Times Square as the locale to break ground. Born from a pandemic dream, newcomer Yang Gao joined forces with impresario Richie Romero to reinvigorate the city following rampant COVID-19 closures.

It’s certainly not rare for the new venue to draw in major names from the industry.  Last weekend alone, the club welcome techno dynamos Green Velvet and Artbat on back-to-back nights. Nonetheless, this winter roster is promising information for eager city-goers looking to dance off their seasonal depression.

If anything is for sure, there’s only up from here for the dance music hub.  Given the space’s palpable success since opening, there is hope that Nebula is set to being a Times Square mainstay.  For a list of upcoming shows and ticket info, see here.

Having grown up just an earshot from Ultra Miami's venue Bayfront Park, it was next to impossible for me not to fall in love with electronic music. My love for music was evidently strong enough for me to write my college essay on festival culture and continue attending Ultra for 10+ years now. I have always had a knack for writing and the power of words, which I continued cultivating through a Philosophy degree in college. Now a law school graduate, I eventually hope to merge my passions by working in music law. I am an avid traveler and am certainly not afraid to hop on a plane for a music event. My next bucket list festivals to attend are Tomorrowland in Belgium and Sonus in Croatia. Though the list could go on forever, some of my favorite artists include Franky Wah, Mochakk, Kevin de Vries, and Eli Brown.
