12th Planet Removed From Tour With Rusko Following Sexual Assault Allegations

12th Planet’s music career could face cancellation after court document surfaces with a past rape charge.

Information about 12th Planet’s past has resurfaced and he has found himself removed from the remainder of his headlining tour with Rusko. In light of recent allegations against other DJs including Mize and Blunts & Blondes, 12th Planet was also previously accused of sexual assault.

This isn’t the first time these allegations have hit the scene. Back in January, a photographer accused 12 Planet, Gammer, and Trampa of sexual assault. 12th Planet addressed these accusations in an Instagram post calling it a “false narrative” and that nothing happened between him and his accuser while he was touring in Shanghai.

Not long ago an anonymous Twitter account posted what appears to be a document from the California Siskiyou County Superior Court of a rape charge that happened on December 17, 2008. People in the comments had mixed opinions on the matter questioning the authenticity of the document, and on one hand, the case was dismissed. However, on the other hand, people argue that the justice system doesn’t always protect the victims and the assault could be true.

Overall, this document resurfacing has cast a negative light on 12th Planet’s music career, removing him from his tour with Rusko and having fans calling for his removal on other lineups. As of now, 12th Planet is still scheduled to play at EDC Orlando, Area 15 in Vegas, Nova in San Diego, and Soundcheck in Washington D.C.

12th Planet has not addressed his removal from the tour with Rusko nor the rape charge that was dismissed. It is unclear whether he will address it at all, but tensions run high as the electronic community is banning together to stop abusers ever since Bassnectar was publicly canceled. Will 12th Planet’s music career be following in his footsteps?
