San Holo Continues To Shed Light on Mental Health Awareness with New Single “All The Highs”
San Holo creates “All The Highs” as a testament to mental health in holding space for the emotional self to be tapped into.
San Holo creates “All The Highs” to focus on mental health awareness through the moments of grief with detailed lyrics that offer parallel conscious and subconscious perspectives. The song starts off with the conscious perspective describing how they were thinking about this person with their eyes open versus the subconscious world one enters when they close their eyes at night.
The only definite guarantee that a romantic experience will promise is that there is a hello, and there is a goodbye. Whether it’s the older version of who you once were, the two-hour rave bae that captivated your heart on the dancefloor, or a two-decade partnership that life was shared…there will highs and lows in each beat.
San Holo brings awareness to the mental health aspect of the song by coming forward with vulnerability and an open heart on Twitter. The mental health-conscious producer promoted “All The Highs” by posting a slow camera roll reel to he compiled of selected pictures of the lows and highs throughout his lifetime.
Twitter fans like @ravebebe gave a pit perspective of “All of The Highs” building up to drop, to then let the mind expand in its immediate escape through the heart breathing with the heavenly melody dancing in the cloud. As the chorus of the lyrics builds, the winds soar between the spaces of our ego/ the physical body building awareness of the mental health of our highest self/ the spirit.
Helix Records is set to release San Holo’s new single “All The Highs” Friday, September 16th. The bass producer is currently on the road with upcoming performances in play through the beginning of next year in major destinations such as Denver, Las Vegas, Mexico, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands. San will be giving “All The Highs” its wings to soar at the Brownies and Lemonade elevator performance in Los Angele and at the Boba Guys meet and greet.
