Bonnie x Clyde Air Out Relationship Details Ahead of New Album
Before their new album release, components of Bonnie x Clyde’s relationship emerge, after years of making music together.
Bonnie x Clyde took to social media to relay their history, amidst their new album release. In 2015 the duo met at Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax, Virginia. A few years later, in 2017 their single “Bass Jam” skyrocketed on Sirius XM to #1. Since then creating their place within the EDM community.
Last week the duo posted a 10-part carousel outlining the trials and tribulations of their relationship and career. The post captioned, “This is the to answer to all of your questions about us and our upcoming album “Tears In Paradise” coming out 11/11/22 – falling in and out of love while continuing to create together has been a journey.”
The post begins by explaining how their, “beautiful relationship formed.” Noting their “unbelievable experiences” to their “great team,” yet still felt, “something is missing.” This led to, “days, months and years trying to ignore it.” Eventually, it caught up with them “tension, anger, sadness and being numb.”
On June 26, 2020, they released “Love is Killing Me.” To their surprise, it “started blowing up and went #1 in the US on Dance Radio with over 30 million streams.” The success of the song, “gave them hope and ultimately saved us.” They went back to the studio to record, “which felt weird for a time.”
Despite everything their motivation stays the same, “to create something that people can connect to and grow from.” Overall, the album is “an expression of a moment of time on our road to happiness.” Moreover encouraging the triumphant of overcoming unforeseen obstacles, “LOVE IS REAL.”
The post closed out with love and light, “trust yourself and make that change.” They also expressed their gratitude for their loyal fan base. The second single for this album, ‘Too Right To Be Wrong,” is streaming now. They are currently on tour in support of the album. ‘Tears in Paradise’ is set to drop on November 11th.
