ZEKE BEATS Makes Iconic WAKAAN Debut with ‘Vigil’ EP

Zeke Beats releases new EP ‘Vigil’ for his much-anticipated WAKAAN debut with four tracks full of fresh experimental bass offerings.

Producer Zeke Beats has released his first EP for WAKAAN ‘Vigil’ where he combines many mediums to create an amazing debut. Zeke Beats is known for commanding a room with his mastery of producing, mixing, and scratching while performing live. This mastery can be heard in every second of all four tracks in his new EP.

Zeke Beats has had an interesting musical journey beginning at the age of 13 when he first started DJing. Since then, he has produced songs with Wreckno, The Glitch Mob, and EPROM. This past weekend, he played an unreleased song with Jantsen at Bass Canyon 2022. He even won the IDA Australasian Scratch Championship, a competition for Australian DJs to showcase their talents.

‘Vigil’ has a certain energetic madness to it that reverberates throughout the EP. The first song on the EP, “Cheeky” showcases Zeke Beats scratching skills and really is a cheeky moment of Zeke showing us why he is the champion. The last three songs “Selektah”, “Vigil”, and “Unhinged” all have an apocalyptic feel to them and would certainly have any crowd losing their minds.

This year in July, he began the first phase of his Vigil Tour with stops in Las Vegas, Denver, Bellingham, and many other cities. He will also be playing four additional special stops in Santa Fe, Charlotte, Savannah, and Colombus alongside the magical Wreckno.
