Afrojack Surprises Fans with Seven-Track Club EP following Universal Music Group Signing
After Signing with Universal Music Group last week dance music legend Afrojack releases a stunning new 7-Track EP.
Afrojack has built quite the name since he started producing music in 2007 winning a Grammy and going platinum multiple times. With his new Ep ‘Afrojack presents NLW’ the dutch born producer seems to return to his early dance music roots. The surprise 7-track EP features many talented producers like R3hab, Kura, Cesqeaux, Sidney Sampson, and MC Ambush.
‘Afrojack presents NLW’ brings fans back to the early days of dance music with late-night summer club vibes. This upbeat EP evokes the feeling of wanting to dance all night until the sun comes up. The EP is filled with high-energy drops, melodies that grab all your attention, and just all-around immaculate vibes.
Teaming up with Cesqeaux to create the fifth track of the EP ‘Drums’ which features samples from Martin Garrix‘s hit song ‘Animals’. The sixth track ‘Tech Wows’ was produced with the Dutch House Music Icon DJ Sidney Samson this track truly represents the classic Afrojack style that early fans fell in love with.
Another massive collab on the EP ‘Let Me See Those Hands’ is with fellow Netherland-born producer R3hab. The track also features vocals from the legendary MC Ambush. Both Afrojack and R3hab are two of the foremost producers to come out of the Netherlands in the past decade selling out shows all over the world. The duo also just released another song on Tomorrowland Records ‘Worlds On Fire’ which was their first collab in almost 10 years. ‘Worlds On Fire’ was released just before Afrojack and R3hab went back to back at Tomorrowland Belgium.
Afrojack recently announced his partnership with Universal Music Group for all his forthcoming releases and even the releases from his label WALL records. Back in March Afrojack teamed up with David Guetta to produce ‘Trampoline’ a true one-of-a-kind song that blended many genres into one. The track ‘Trampoline’ also features the talented artists Missy Elliott, BIA, and Doechii.
Afrojack has had a strong 2022 starting the year off with his fourth Grammy nomination this time for best dance recording. He has since released a few singles and most recently ‘Afrojack Presents NLW’ so fans should keep their eyes peeled for what he has in store for the remainder of 2022.
