Eric Prydz brought an impressive live show with life-like visuals known as his “HOLO” performance. His visuals were all the buzz as he featured a whale in the sea swimming in the sky, a blend of a helicopter and a submarine, and other fantastical art. This musical exhibit brought the festival to a whole new level and is just another reason why this festival is attended year after year.
P.S. Happy belated birthday Eric!
Charlotte De Witte will make history this year as the first female and techno artist to close out the main stage. De Witte is one of the most talented and loved performers out there and we are so happy she will get to see her spotlight the main stage on weekend 3. For weekend one, De Witte expressed how “emotional” the performance was on her labels stage was for her.
In addition to these world-class acts, Tomorrowland had the most adorable and inspiring stage at the festival for their academy students. The next generation of producers and DJs are already working hard and gaining experience to show off their skills. It is vital that children know that their dreams are achievable and that they can do anything they put their minds to.
Tomorrowland has and will have many more notable moments as the festival goes into its second week of performances this weekend. The creativity that this festival production team has is unparalleled. This continues to be the reason so many people from around the world know the festival and return each year to dance and be awed.
