Kumarion and REAPER Command Attention for Drum & Bass in the US with New Single

Kumaion & REAPER Drop Single “The Uprising” Following Their Spring B2B Tour

On June 22, bass producers Kumaion & REAPER teamed up to release their first official collab, “The Uprising”. This record comes off of Jadu Dala, the same label which Kumarion’s hit “Want it” was released. This drum and bass record is the perfect track to release before the producers embark on a summer B2B run.

While remaining behind a mask, REAPER brings a fresh new sound to the dance music scene. REAPER’s signature twist on drum & bass has spiked his followers’ interest in addition to other fellow producers. Having amassed several million plays on his past releases, we all know that this is just the beginning for the bass-hitting producer. Some of REAPER’s most notable tracks include “Death Rattle”, “IMY”, and “BARRICADE”.

Similar to REAPER, Kumarion is on an upward trajectory within the bass music scene as well. As previously mentioned, his track “Want it” was a popular track throughout the short-lived 2020 festival season. Many producers played the record including Boombox Cartel, Clozee, Feed Me, JOYRYDE, Madeon, & RL Grime

Since the February 2020 release, the track has gained over 4.2 million streams on Spotify and received honors from FUXWITHIT, YourEDM, Run the Trap. Finally, Kumarion was named one of Billboard’s 10 Dance Artists To Watch in 2022 due to his ability to connect with fans and listeners everywhere. Some of Kumarion’s most notable tracks include Zeds Dead “Alive” remix, Aura and Instinct.

My name is Sebastian Medina and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Ever since I could remember, I have always been in love with dance music. I appreciate all genres and sub-genres but I definitely gravitate towards house and techno. Being from LA I was blessed with an amazing nightlife full of different artists coming in and out of town throughout the years. Some of my favorite artists include Seth Troxler, Michael Bibi, Mr.Carmack, PAWSA, and Folamour.
