DJs to Raise Money for South African Schools in 500km Cycle from London to ADE
Kicking off in London, the 6th edition of ADE CYCLE has confirmed the participation of DJs like Msaki, Rebekah and Dope Saint Jude.
The annual Amsterdam Dance Event returns this year, bigger than ever. The 6th edition of the event will kick off with DJs to cycle 500KM from the starting location in London to arrive in ADE in time. Set to stretch across four days, flagging off on the 16th October, the participating cyclists will pass through France and Belgium to arrive in Amsterdam on 19th October.
The list of DJs confirmed for this year’s ride includes musicians like Msaki, Rebekah, Dope Saint Jude as well as teams sponsored by SONOS, Parlophone/ FFRR, Fabric and more. They are set to follow the legacy left by previous team of DJs like Richie Hawtin, Jorin Voorn and James Haskell, all of whom participated in this meaningful cause and continues to be significant influences in the electronic music scene.
ADE is one of the biggest dance music conference and festival in the world today. Partnering with Bridges for Music charity organization, the ADE CYCLE aims to raise funds for the disadvantaged youth communities in South Africa. Over the last six years, Bridges for Music has served over 200 students’ growth with aids to help them enroll in a MUSIC MBA program, which provides holistic education to hone mindfulness and creative entrepreneurship.
Taking into account the ongoing war in Ukraine, this year’s cycling event has also specially partnered with Choose Love to provide humanitarian supply aid for the refugees. To join ADE CYCLE, the early bird fees start at €800, including accommodation, breakfast and energy snacks, official ADE kit, bike return to London, luggage transport, a welcome lunch at ADE and an ADE Pro Pass (worth €525).
