Mr Carmack Offers Apology After Admitting to Dining and Dashing at Restaurant

After publicly sharing about his dining and dashing experience, Mr. Carmack apologized for his wrongful behavior.

DJ Producer, Aaron Carmack, better known was Mr. Carmack tweeted his experience dining and dashing at a restaurant this week, prompting a mountain of backlash from the public. In a post that has been deleted, Mr. Carmack boldly shared, “I just dined and dashed a restaurant cuz they took over an hour to make the food.” He also unapologetically added, “I ate it, got up, walked past half the staff and left. Epic”.

The insensitivity from the post has upset the fans, with many commenting that his shameful act was very much a display of disrespect for restaurant establishments and their staff. Sensing his arrogance and acknowledging that he took things too far, Mr. Carmack offered his apology and clarified that he does not condone dining and dashing.

To show his sincerity, he also extended his time to reply to every single messages from anyone who wants more context around his experience. He explained that the inappropriate tweet was deleted by management but the fans’ comments do not go unnoticed. In addition, he shared that he was previously a restaurant staff for three years. Putting himself in their shoes, he acknowledged the hard work and tireless effort they have to work in the customer-facing environment.

Once bitten, twice shy. Mr. Carmack clearly shared in caps on his Twitter, “DO NOT DINE AND DASH”. The public is always casting surveillance on celebrities and while the producer has made a mistake, it is commendable that he came out to admit his wrongdoing.
