Dabin Shares Adorable Birthday Post for his Girlfriend Yao Lin

Dabin pays homage to beautiful girlfriend Yao Lin on her birthday.

EDM artist Dabin, a JUNO nominated producer from Toronto, has become an electronic staple with tracks like “First Time (feat. Dylan Matthew” and his most recent LP “Two Hearts.” He started making music in his early teens, the epoch where he learned to play the piano, drums, and guitar. He’s collaborated with iconic artists such as Illenium, Don Diablo, Excision, Gramatik, BTSM, Said the Sky, Seven Lions, and Slander. While on tour with BTSM and Illenium, he made pitstops at EDC, Electric Forest, Shambhala, Decadence, Nocturnal Wonderland, Igloofest, Digital Dreams, and many others. Needless to say, he packs some serious talent and is an artist to watch.

On top of production and tours, Dabin also helms an active social media platform. Although his social media mainly consists of tour updates, performance recaps, and productions blurbs, he also shares carefully curated content concerning his personal life. In a recent post, he showered his girlfriend, Yao Lin, in virtual cooties and adoration.

“Happy birthday to the baddest girl I know,” Dabin proclaimed to Instagram. “You make me feel alive every single day and I’m so glad the universe brought us together. This world is lucky to have such a chaotic, loving, fun, and energetic light.”

Dabin went on to further his commentary with, “Whether we’re blasting your favorite pop songs in the car, or you’re listening to me freestyle for hours on end, there’s no one I’d rather go on late night McDonald’s runs with. love you so much bb.”

Lin, who goes by the name of “lookbook.yao” on Instagram, graduated from the University of Los Angles but currently resides in Denver. She comes across as endearing, interesting, warm, and artsy. In her bio, she mentions the visual arts and thrifted fashion. She manages a photography social media page, where she also serves as creative director. At least from her social media, she seems enigmatic and cool as heck, a perfect match for EDM’s melodic dub maestro, Dabin.
