“I had my first single out with BMG many years ago so I couldn’t be more pleased to be now signed there as a recording artist.” – Carl Cox

‘Electronic Generations’ is set to release on September 16th, with a hefty roster of featured artists: Fatboy Slim, Juan Atkins, and Nicole Moudaber. The robust 17-track project will pay homage to Cox’s hybrid live sets that combine DJing with live productions. Reflecting on the development of the project, Carl stated, “I’ve pulled together all the elements that I’ve learned from watching those crowds, added my sound and tried to bring you a true electronic music experience.”

Cox’s upcoming album has been years in the making with a 10-year gap since the release of his last full-length project, ‘All Roads Lead to the Dancefloor.’ Considered an iconic album by many, the 14-track LP allowed Cox’s status to further grow in the dance music scene.

Known for constantly performing and being an OG in the world of electronic music, Cox has also ventured into other spaces of creativity in recent years. In August of 2021, Carl Cox released his memoir, “Oh Yes! Oh Yes!” Diving deep into his wild stories coming up in the scene, fans are able to get a deep dive into the artist’s life and understand the versatility of Carl Cox.
