Andrew Bayer Returns with Double Album ‘Duality’ Highlighting LGBTQ+ Artist Collabs This Fall on Anjunabeats
Andrew Bayer Returns with Double Album ‘Duality’ Highlighting LGBTQ+ Artist Collabs set to debut in August and October on Anjunabeats.
Andrew Bayer does it again with his double album, ‘Duality’ coming out this fall. This album is representation of the two different sounds Bayer creates. Bayer explores the experimental electronica, indie sounds, with the juxtaposition of live DJing with trance beats, that sets the stage for an uplifting music experience.
Evidently, the album announcement coincides with the celebration of Pride Month this June. Bayer married his partner in 2015, and is openly gay. The first single from the album, ‘Midnight’ features fellow LGBTQ+ artist, Alison May. Other collaborators on the album, include Asbjorn, Kaleena Zanders, OLAN, and more. It’s important to have representation of the LGBTQ+ in our music community to celebrate the diversity it brings.
Furthermore, Bayer’s fourth coming album explores these two sounds in ‘Duality’ pt 1, and ‘Duality’ pt 2. This double album intertwines the dichotomy of these opposing sounds to create one celebrated album. This album is considered to be the sincere investigation to follow his debut album in 2011, ‘It’s Artificial’.
‘Duality’ is scheduled to go on tour this summer starting on June 11th in Washington, DC and ending October 22nd in Houston. The album is being released in two parts: Pt 1 on August 12th, followed by Pt 2 on October 28th. You can pre-order the album via Anjunabeats Music Store.
