Inside Virtual Riot’s Polyamorous Relationship with Wife, Girlfriend, and Two Others

Dubstep superstar Virtual Riot has recently been involved in an online scandal that shed light on his polyamorous relationship involving four people.

Virtual Riot, aka Valentin Brunn, has recently been in the spotlight after his wife, Johanna Brunn, shared a series of photos on her Instagram story detailing a string of incidents that turned a group’s polyamorous relationship upside down.

Other than the Brunns, the other individuals involved in this situation are Virtual Riot’s girlfriend/tour manager Ava Clover, Clover’s husband Lektrique, and Johanna’s boyfriend, Jojo.

The love pentagon seems to have come to a messy conclusion after Johanna posted a succession of Instagram stories accusing Clover of drugging her own dog with Xanax, blowing marijuana smoke toward the dog, creating and supporting a drug problem in Virtual Riot’s life, and being a “severe drug addict” herself.

There are also severe accusations that Ava is using drugs to manipulate not only Virtual Riot but Ava’s entire “family” of roommates.

“Ava used manipulation techniques such as creating and overstepping her own boundaries, crossing other people’s boundaries because ‘she knows best,’ and force-feeding ketamine and Xanax to Valentin and I for ‘medical purposed.’”

There are also reports from those around Virtual Riot that he has seemed unlike himself at recent shows. This alleged exhaustion and unhealthy behavior are suspected to be due to the large amounts of drugs supplied to him by Ava.

The same reports also allege Virtual Riot is being pressured into polyamory to save Clover’s dying relationship, and it’s not something he at first chose for himself.

Before these accusations, Johanna claimed Lektrique assaulted her, leaving bruises on her knee, but since retracted the statement. Lektrique also posted a video on Twitter showing Johanna kicking their door with her knee trying to gain entry to the home, possibly trying to confront Clover about the topics she later took to Instagram to discuss.

After she was noticed by Lektrique and those in the home, they tried to have her leave the property. Johanna claimed they had her dog, which is why she needed to get inside, though that is unconfirmed.

Since the series of incidents, Johanna has apologized to everyone involved. She has taken back her accusatory statements and now claims that Clover and the rest want nothing but the best for Virtual Riot.

Since most of the accusations have been taken back completely, it’s unclear if the severity of the situations were as detailed or if it was overplayed due to the emotional havoc clearly at play within the relationships.
