Alison Wonderland Unveils Nostalgic New Single “Forever” Ahead of Upcoming Album
Alison Wonderland displays her sonic prowess in the latest raw offering “Forever”, taken off her forthcoming album ‘Loner’.
Coming off the back of her first ethereal release, “New Day”, Sydney-born DJ producer, Alison Wonderland is back with the next single “Forever”. Taken off her upcoming album ‘Loner’ which is set to drop on May 6 via Astralwerks, “Forever” is an exemplary track that showcases Alison’s creative ability to make songs with an enthralling intensity and take listeners on a tour de force of sound.
“Forever” is yet another electronic banger with a charmer back story at its core that will entice listeners worldwide. Cloaked in a raw and mellow beat, the track features Alison’s captivating vocals that seamlessly float on top of relentless synth and gentle basslines. Entering into an enchanting soundscape, listeners are brought into an intricate creation that provides a slice of sonic bliss.
Alison Wonderland first previewed the song at the sold-out Red Rocks show in Colorado last year. She shares that the track came about during an honest conversation with a friend during a trip to a drive-through, sparking inspiration to capture a melodic song that could take listeners on a journey out of darkness.
As revealed in the compelling music video that was released alongside the track, snippets of Alison Wonderland in a Class of 2022 Yearbook that features her as a “loner” were first seen in the introduction. The clip quickly flashes into her sheepish grin photographed against the backdrop of intermittent flashing lights to ignite a psychedelic energy.
Alison Wonderland has become a hot commodity in the dance music space since her debut in XX. With this new release, she is now ready to charge with fire to rule the dancefloors with her upcoming new album. Before that, she is also set to take the road for her North American headline tour including the sold-out show at Avant Gardner in Brooklyn, New York on April 15 and 16.
