Seven Lions Congratulates Wife and Girlfriend Gem & Tauri on their First Headlining Set

Beyond Wonderful kicks off a promising future for the DJ duo.

EDM’s favorite throuple, Seven Lions, Emma Montalvo, and Courtney Simmons, were all able to grace the main stage at Insomniac’s Beyond Wonderland. Emma and Courtney, better known by their stage name, Gem & Tauri, opened up the Queen’s Domain stage on day 2 of the festival. Later in the night, Jeff Montalvo, aka Seven Lions, took the very same stage. 

In a recent Instagram post, Seven Lions thanked his team for their support in his jam-packed weekend where he played Ophelia’s Miami Music Week Takeover, Ultra Music Festival, and Beyond Wonderland. Also included in the caption was a special shoutout to his significant others who had a monumental performance as well. 

“And huge congrats to Emma and Courtney for their first mainstage play! So much love ?”

As members of Ophelia Records, Seven Lions’ imprint label, Gem & Tauri have been able to secure a ton of stages to share their work. Leading up to Ultra Music Festival, Ophelia’s Miami Music Week Takeover presented Gem & Tauri, along with fellow label members, Kill The Noise, Last Heros, Trivecta, Wooli, Far Out, and Dimibo. 

Gem & Tauri’s performance on Beyond Wonderland’s main stage last weekend was a huge stepping stone in their career as a duo, and it looks like they show no signs of slowing down.
