Troyboi Announces He’s Opening a Restaurant and Bar in London
DJ Producer Troyboi opens a new restaurant and bar, “BRIX” located at the heart of the London bridge.
Troyboi, the London based DJ Producer, took to social media to announce the opening of his new restaurant, BRIX on 31st March. He teams up with top restauranteurs Michael Lythgoe and Cidalia Rodrigues, who are behind the much loved Brixton Village Grill and Chip Shop. With BRIX, Troyboi wants to bring a slice of Brixton vibes to the Bankside and promises a cosy space that is lighted with the indie warehouse vibes set in an 8,500 square foot building.
On the menu, customers can expect to see all kinds of American comfort food with the kitchen helmed by Chef Radek Nitkowski. According to the website, items are inspired by the Steak & Smoke houses of New York’s Meatpacker District and Brooklyn’s all day dining scene. From dishes like the Badboi Burger (fried chicken with bacon and jerk mayo) to mouth watering Lobster and Chips and the unforgettable Gin-Infused Doughnuts, customers are in for a delectable treat.
Troyboi shared that the vision behind this new project is to “showcase great British seasonal and sustainable produce”. Apart from a restaurant concept, there is also a late-night bar that an open space concept that will include live events and art galleries.
