Hardwell Confirmed as Secret Headliner at Ultra After Four-Year Hiatus
Dutch producer, Hardwell returns to the stage after his four year hiatus and will be a headliner at this years Ultra Festival.
After his four-year hiatus, the house producer Hardwell will return with a bang as Ultra reveals him as their secret headliner. Hardwell’s last performance was in Amsterdam in 2018 at the Ziggo Dome. There he announced the infamous and haunting words “I will be back” luckily, his word holds true as he returns to the stage this weekend.
The last time Hardwell performed at Ultra Miami was in 2018, the last year he performed before his break. Not only will this be his first performance back Hardwell will be debuting his new music at the festival. Hardwell’s last album was ‘Hardwell presents Revealed Volume 8’ back in 2017 which featured over 50 songs.
Back in 2010, Hardwell started his own label Revealed Recordings which has grown to represent over 50 artists and counting. The label hosts festivals around the world in countries such as Sweden, The U.S., the Netherlands, Croatia, and many others. In addition to this achievement, Hardwell has a documentary about his life and how he came to be a worldwide sensation.
Shortly after Hardwell started his label he started a radio show known as Hardwell on Air. On this show, he showcased his music and won best radio DJ two years in a row. A decade later the radio show had its final episode in early 2021.
Hardwell has had an accomplished career and has won many awards over the years cementing himself as a great DJ and producer around the world. For those who have been following the DJ for years, this comeback and new music have been a long time coming. We await his return and can’t wait to hear how his sound has transformed.
