Ujuu and RYNS Make SSKWAN Debut With New Lo-Fi EP ‘Lumina’

Ujuu and RYNS team up for brand new Lo-Fi EP ‘Lumina’, out now on SSKWAN.

Indianapolis native, Ujuu, collaborates with fellow native DJ RYNS, to debut their latest EP ‘Lumina’ on 10th March. Making their debut on SSKWAN, the 4 track EP is a collection of songs with the distinct sound of both DJs, inspired by their individual everyday environments.

Taking listeners on a sonic ride through melodic grooves and deep synth waves, each track on ‘Lumina‘ beams with a well balanced downtempo essence and emotive lo-fi dubs to paint a project that sparks delight. This EP is a serious electronica weapon for listeners to explore the intentions behind the artists’ creative elements.

Ujuu is no stranger to the electronica experimental bass music scene. His previous releases like FTSU and Chief’n has earned him big nods from key dance tastemakers like Excision, LSDREAM and Liquid Stranger. In the making of “Lumina” he recognises that RYNS is “one of my favourite people to collab with”, Ujuu has proven that this collaboration is nothing short of promising.

RYNS also emphasizes the key to having a good time while in the studio. The EP was born out of both artists’ shared influences in their creative journey. With an intention to make music that caters to audiences at home and ravers at a live set, “Lumina” is a project that truly showcases each artists signature style to push the boundaries of an experimental bass and downtempo beats. The combination of their talent in making music together is apparent through the warm layers of infectious groove throughout the four tracks.

Expect both artists to be geared up for more exciting collaborations with other prominent names within dance music as they continue to make hard hitting feel good music for the listeners.
