ATTLAS Reveals Stunning Ambient Track ‘Waterbug’ Ahead of Third Studio Album

ATTLAS releases “Waterbug’ as the lead single ahead of third studio album “Carry it With You”, set for release on March 11th.

ATTLAS has just released the lead single “Waterbug” ahead of his third studio album “Carry It With You”. Set for release on March 11th, the highly anticipated album explores the artists’ deep introspection into his mind and inner world.

Canadian native, Jeff Hartford, better known as ATTLAS, is one of the most celebrated artists today known for crafting an introspective soundscape in his electronic music production. His 2020 album ‘Lavender God‘ was also nominated for Electronic Album of the Year at the 2021 JUNO Awards. He also just received another JUNO nomination for “Out Here With You” for the 2022 awards. Throughout the years, he has delivered singles, EP and remixes that showcase his ability in creating music that invokes brutally honest feelings through the melodies that he incorporates.

Expect the forthcoming LP “Carry It With You” to offer more than just 11 tracks of thoughtful music. ATTLAS explains that the making of the new album has thoroughly changed his perspective and forced him to look within his inner self. “I miss a lot of the old me, but since I couldn’t find the words to explain it I had to find the notes and the sounds to explain it, and that’s what this album is. Be grand, be a disaster, do good, or apologize – you have to carry it with you.”

The lead single “Waterbug” offers a wonderful gift to fans ahead of the full album. The ambient track is infused with lush soundscapes, crafted masterfully with ATTLAS’ signature melodic notes. The piano introduction and progressive beats will take listeners through his personal thought processes.

Apart from a new album release in March, 2022 also looks to be a busy year for ATTLAS as he is expected to perform at the Drishti Beats Music Festival in Colorado this July and North Coast Music Festival in Illinois this September.
