Felix Cartal and Elohim Combine Forces for Catchy New Single “Nothing Good Comes Easy”

FELIX CARTAL AND ELOHIM LINK UP FOR THE NEW SINGLE ‘NOTHING GOOD COMES EASY’ OUT NOW VIA PHYSICAL PRESENTS.

The platinum dance electronic producer Felix Cartal returns with a highly-anticipated collaboration with electronic producer/singer-songwriter Elohim, ‘Nothing Good Comes Easy.’

The indie-dance track begins with a pulsating bass paired alongside a hushed vocal cut courtesy of Elohim. Her profound lyricism tells the story of two strained lovers striving to fight for the love they share with one another, perfectly brought to life through a plethora of hard-hitting bass drops.

Emotionally charged throughout its entirety, it effectively pulls at the heartstrings of the listener, leaving one wanting even more sonic magic from the ear-grabbing duo.

The Vancouver-based producer’s latest original production directly follows up his 2021 full-length album ‘Expensive Sounds For Nice People,’ in addition to Elohim’s most recent feature via Lights’ ‘Real Thing’ released at the end of last year.

He has also created official remixes for the likes of Selena Gomez, Zedd, Galantis, Dillon Francis, MØ, Ellie Goulding, Diplo, Anne-Marie, and Doja Cat.

Elohim is a Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, producer, and DJ. Her impressive discography, which has amassed over 300+ million streams, includes collaborations with Louis the Child, Wiz Khalifa, Skrillex, and Lights.

The impressive discography makes sense to Cartal, who says, “Elohim has this incredible voice that feels beautifully intimate; it makes you feel like she’s in the room with you.” Most surely, the reason these two collaborated on such a chilling, intimate song.

Elohim shares those same feelings for Cartal, saying, “I knew this top line had to go to a very special producer. When I wrote it, I belted it out from my heart. It needed production with as much heart as the lyrics and melody, and Felix absolutely was the perfect match. His production elevated the entire song.”

Overall, ‘Nothing Good Comes Easy’ is a prime release set to kick off the new year and serves as an impressive standout track for both artists.
