Avision Launches New Record Label ‘Ground Rule’ with Show at Superior Ingredients

The New York native joins forces with Teksupport for Ground Rule Collective’s debut party at the Brooklyn hotspot.

Raised in the city that never sleeps, Avision has been tapped into the dance industry from childhood. By the age of 12, he was already spinning on turntables and landed his first residency by the time he was 15. With such an impressive history with music, it comes as no surprise that he garnered an abundance of individuality and talent throughout the growth of his career. Focusing on the techno realm, Avision has seen countless releases on high-end labels such as Ellum, Drumcode, Hardgroove, Machine, We Are The Brave, Mindshake, Intec, On Edge Society, and more.

On January 10, the tech-talent announced the newest “chapter” for his work in music, a label called Ground Rule Collective. Speaking about the vision for the brand, he said the venture will encompass “what has inspired me as an artist, and individual.”

Ground Rule Collective’s debut performance will take place at Superior Ingredients in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and Avision has promised a stacked lineup of house and techno professionals. With support from DJ Holographic, Truncate, and Xander, Avision is sure to set the mood for a vibrant event.

Hosted by New York’s favorite techno group, Teksupport, the vibes will be set for an atmosphere of dance and inclusivity. Superior Ingredients, formerly known as Output, has a history as one of the best venues for music in the city and is sure to provide only the best environment for Avision’s launch of Ground Rule.
