NGHTMRE Delivers Explosive Four-Track EP ‘Unsound’ on Gud Vibrations
NGHTMRE continues where he left off and starts the new year with his highly anticipated new four-track EP ‘Unsound’.
This EP, made up of “Signal”, “Euphoria”, “Sweetest Thing” and “Ring The Alarm”, shows us just how talented NGHTMRE is. With four tracks and two features, ‘Unsound’ is the third installment to NGHTMRE’s multiple triumphant EP’s.
NGHTMRE’s rise to musical stardom has been nothing short of dream-like. His collaborations with Zeds Dead, Dillon Francis, Flux Pavilion, and SLANDER have catapulted his career and made him a festival favorite, having played at worldwide events such as Tomorrowland in Belgium and World DJ Fest in Seoul.
NGHTMRE’s resume is full of star-studded collaborations and insane venues. His collaborations with artists like The Chainsmokers, Wiz Khalifa, and Dillon Francis have made him a versatile artist, not stuck to one genre or musical vibe. This has also brought him to perform at some of the biggest venues in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and more.
After finishing off the year with his single “Shady Intentions” NGHTMRE kicks off 2022 with his first EP since 2017. He’s kept his fans waiting but I think they’ll agree that it was worth the wait.
In a recent interview, NGHTMRE spoke about his new EP and described it as “a perfect balance of heavy, festival-ready tunes, as well as some more easy listening melodic.” He also praised the artists that helped him, saying: “Everyone who worked on this EP is incredibly talented and I think deserves more recognition for their work. I hope this EP brings to light some of the amazing under-appreciated artists who helped write this music.”
Known for his versatility and amazing productions ‘Unsound’ gives us a perfect mix of sentimental ballads and bass-fueled bangers. Songs like “Sweetest Thing” or “Euphoria” provide warm and passionate vibes but his two other singles are made of detonating kick drums and supercharged basses. ‘Unsound’ captures NGHTMRE’s musical exploration and variety of styles.
