Kaskade Continues ‘Fire and Ice V3’ Rollout for Album’s 10 Year Anniversary – [Listen]

The legendary Kaskade celebrates the release of one of his most successful compilations ever created with ‘Fire and Ice V3’

The king of sunset sets, calming clubhouse, and epic outdoor livestream events just released a throwback single, titled “Let me Go v3,” to celebrate the decade birthday of “Fire and Ice V3.” The single pays homage to one of Kaskade’s most beloved tracks, an ode to the era of his come up, of his rise to industry stardom. ‘Fire and Ice V3’ draws attention to some of Kaskade’s most noteworthy tracks from the early and mid 2000’s, a long roster of smash hit after smash hit.

 ‘Fire and Ice’ was released in 2011 via Ultra Records and featured artists such as Skrillex, Neon Trees, Dada Life, Skylar Grey, and many others. Kaskade has shared that he plans to release a reimagined version of the album over the next 10 weeks, with a new track dropping each week. Fans can expect the full ‘Fire and Ice V3’ to drop soon.

Over the past two decades, Kaskade has developed an extremely recognizable and marketable sound. He released classic tracks such as “I Remember” (feat. deadmau5), “Move for Me,” “Eyes” (feat. Mindy Gledhill), “Atmosphere,” “Last Chance” (feat. Project 46), “Never Sleep Alone” (feat. Tess Comrie), “Disarm You” (feat. Ilsey), “Us (feat. CID), “Nobody Like You,” and countless more. Just these tracks alone amassed close to quarter of a billion streams on Spotify and currently Kaskade has more than 4.7 million listeners on the platform worldwide. Although Spotify doesn’t fully release all listener statistics, Kaskade has easily beyond a billion streams.

Clearly, Kaskade has created an empire in the world of electronic dance music and is easily one of the greatest to ever do it. We celebrate his body of work, and look forward to the decades to come!
