Brooklyn Navy Yard was completely transformed into a techno lover’s paradise. The two dark warehouses were filled with a slew of LED screens, hundreds of lasers, and an elite selection of talent. Each performer effortlessly captivated the audience as soon as they walked through the doors.

Friday highlights included a handful of rare b2b performances from Ricardo Villalobos & Craig Richards, Ben Klock & Marcel Dettman, and Seth Troxler & Jamie Jones. Proving that two is better than one, each of these b2b performances embodied the essence of the Time Warp brand. As to be expected, Jamie Jones and Seth Troxler’s highly-anticipated b2b invigorated the audience into the early hours of the morning. Friday evening also featured harrowing solo performances from German techno icons Pan-Pot and Kobosil.

Keeping the vigorous energy alive, Time Warp stacked the roster for day 2. It’s hard to note standout performances when each DJ who took the stage commanded the crowd in their own distinct fashion. Russian techno queen Nina Kraviz exceeded expectations while industry leader Richie Hawtin destroyed the audience with a high-octane performance.

In addition to Kraviz and Hawtin, the second evening of Time Warp featured three special live performances from KiNK, Stephan Bodzin, and an unparalleled closing live set from Reinier Zonneveld. Bodzin set the crowd ablaze as he rinsed his fan-favorite Afterlife banger “Boavista”. Following the Afterlife mainstay, Âme showcased their undeniable talent in an epic closing set.
